3. Tongues of Prayer. Romans 8:26Consists of:
•Tounges of worship
•Tounges of intercession
•Tounges of spiritual warfare
4.Tongues with interpretation
*All Tounges do not need interpretation
2 Corinthians 12:14
that I was caught up to paradise and heard things so astounding that they cannot be expressed in words, things no human is allowed to tell
1 Corinthians 12:10 speaks about the gift of interpretation
Verse 10 specifically speaks about the gift of interpretation
- Tounges of angels.
1 Corinthians 13:1
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
●Golden Rule
1 Corinthians 14:39
Therefore, my brothers and sisters, be eager to prophesy, and do not forbid speaking in tongues.
●●So Golden Rule is “do not forbid speaking in tongues.”
Which is one of the greatest of blessings
●The second sign of baptism in the Holy Spirit is “Power “
- To have power (strength)in our body, we need food
•Similarly, when we receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, we experience “power “●So, power is also a significant sign of baptism of the Holy Spirit
The words used for power in Greek is “dynamis” or “dunamis” .Dynama is something that generates power
1.Dunamis is miraculous – power, ability..
Hebrew word Koah
2.”EXOUSIA” is the word used for authority
..exact usage –delegated power, delegated authority
●Jesus has all EXOUSIA in heaven and earth. All this will be delegated to you !!!
●121 times this word power(DUNAMIS)is found in the NT (especially in Paul’s epistles)
•1Cor 4:20
•1 Cor 2:4
And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power
- Dunamis can be ” seen” and ” felt”
And if you are a child of God, Holy Spirit dwells in you and you have all power!!
●But your “soul” LIMITS the usage of that power that is within you.
●●To develop a relationship with the Holy Spirit, remove the hindrances present in your soul relemn
■POWER BAPTISM
Acts 10:38 God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power.
■Acts 1 :8 But you will receive “power “when the Holy Spirit comes on you
■Acts 4 :33
And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus:
The change that occurs in one is the great power that he receives
■Encounter moves one from power to great power !
•Ephesians 1:19 tells about exceeding greatness of his power
●Faith and power are related
▪︎one has to bring the human mind under the subjection of the Spirit
●The Bible speaks about this power as an Immeasurable, surpassing power.
■Expansion, growth, and increase are Kingdom principles
•When you are in the Kingdom of God ,you will receive expansion,growth, and increase
●Expansion of responsibility
His desiples preached the Gospels as Jesus said in Judea ,then their ministry extended to Samaria and then it expanded to the ends of the earth! –Kingdom principles of growth, expansion, and increase are seen here.
●Mathew 30: 31,32 Parable of the mustard seed
●Mark 4 verse 20 Parable of the sower
Seeds that fell on good ground gave 30 fold —- in the spirit, it can be increased to 60 fold as you move to a higher relam in your intimacy with the Holy Spirit, and then the next level is a 100 fold
●as you move from one level to another, you can expect an acceleration in your ministry
●your words , your letters are all going to bless others
■John 10:10 ” I came to give you life and life more abundantly
- You will have a more abundant life ,referred to as “ZOE” life
●Jesus is not just offering a better life but infact he is offering you “Zoe life” which is “God kind of life “
■words used for this life are “more abundant,” ” super abundant,” ” to the full till it overflows
■life will overflow from you and you will become “super abundant “
So you would have “super abundant “family life, “super abundant” finances, etc
■ in every area of your life, God wants to take you to a place where you will have super abundance!!

●in the Kingdom of God you can experience life more abundantly
■power baptism- encounter brings great power, infact you can move to Immeasurable power
●●Soul creates unbelief and stops the flow of the power of God in us
■Who will be able to operate in this relam of Immeasurable power?? The person who believes in the Word of God
I received power baptism almost 30 years ago.
It happened to me ,it will definitely happen to you !!
