6.Fire of Revival
In Acts 2, We see manifestations of the Holy Spirit .
●In Acts 2, we see a revival happen,and how did this revival happen ,(Acts 1:14 ) these all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication.
●In Acts 2 ,we see a revival happen,and how did this revival happen?
the unity of the people of God can bring revival. ●Acts 1:14 says These all continued with *one accord in prayer and supplication , the phrase “one accord” is a proof of their unity.
(Philippians 2 :1-5) ●Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, 2 fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord , of one mind . 3 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. 4 Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others . 5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus , ●What was actually behind this unity, From these verses we can see that the Mind of Christ can bring unity. ●At the time of your salvation, you have, in fact, already received the mind of Christ.
●(1 Corinthians 2:16 ) For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ. This mind is actually in your Spirit ●The Human Spirit is in you ,the Holy Spirit is also in you ●You have two minds the human mind and also the mind of Christ ●You also have two languages ,the natural language you speak and also you have the language of the Holy Spirit.
●If you have the mind of Christ ,you will be able to easily get along with other men of God . You will be able to work as a team . ●Without teamwork you will never be able too witness a revival. Bring the natural human mind under the subjection of the spirit ●The human mind receives information through the sense organs of the body. Your Human spirit receives the Word of God and through the Word of God it receives revelation knowledge ●The knowledge you receive through your senses is always in conflict with this revelation knowledge. You must bring your mind under the subjection of the spirit . In Acts 2 ,we see that the people were in one accord
In Acts 2, we see that with the help of the Holy Spirit, these people were in one accord .
●The first key for revival is unity .
●The second key for revival is prayer
●They were praying continuously for 10 days.
●When they continued to remain in prayer for such a long time ,we notice in Acts 2:2 ,And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind , and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
●So, as they continued in prayer unceasingly ,they experienced the “wind of the Holy Spirit .
●The word used in Hebrew language is “Ruah”
●This word is used to describe breath and also Spirit.
●Ruach HaKadosh is used for the Holy Spirit
●On the day of Pentecost Ruach HaKadosh came and filled the room
●Let the Holy Spirit fill your whole house.
●When the Holy Spirit comes, the blessings that come are not partial ,He will bless you totality, He will bless each and every area of your life!
●You will become a blessing .
●He wants to make you a carrier of God’s Glory
●He wants to make you a carrier of revival
●God will send his angels
Of restoration, revival, glory and prosperity.
Blue angel -Glory
Golden angel – prosperity
Silver angel -redemption ,restoration
●Ministry of Restoration
(3 John 2:2) Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
●So when the Holy Spirit comes ,you will prosper in all things .
●After the wind then came cloven tounges of 🔥 fire.
●Fire represents Glory.
(Acts 2:4 ) And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
